Capital One Seeking Work at Home Customer Support

Capital One is currently seeking work at home customer support agents in Virginia. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent and either two years of customer support experience or six months of work from home/virtual experience. You must live within 100 miles of Richmond.

Training for this role takes place over 7 weeks, Monday-Friday, from 8:00 am-5:00 pm. You will have to be at the Richmond site for the first 2 days, and then the rest of the training will be be completed from your home.

You must have a quiet home office free of distractions and noise, and you must have high-speed Internet hardwired in your home.

Further Qualifications (from work-at-home job listing):

Basic Qualifications:
– At least a high school diploma or its equivalent, or military experience
– At least 2 years customer service experience OR at least 6 months work at home/virtual working experience

Preferred Qualifications:
– Bachelors Degree
– Small Business experience (owned, operated, or worked for a small business)
– Knowledge of the financial and credit industry
– Superior rewards knowledge
– Excellent grammar, verbal, and vocal skills
– Exceptional listening, questioning, and call control techniques
