Wisconsin ag department adds two specialists

Wisconsin Organic Farm

To help producers meet growing demand, the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) is adding two new staff positions to support organic, grazing and specialty crop sectors.

Theresa Feiner is a market development specialist and will work with agribusinesses to develop markets for Wisconsin-grown organic and specialty crops. Feiner most recently had been with the REAP Food Group in Southern Wisconsin.

Angie Sullivan is an agricultural program specialist and will work directly with organic, grazing and specialty crop farmers and farm families in Wisconsin. Sullivan had been with the Midwest Organic & Sustainable Education Service (MOSES) for 13 years.
