Preparing for lower dairy prices

While dairy prices have been exceptionally high for quite some time, they are starting to slip as the come into line with global prices.  All expectations are they will slip more once the holiday orders are taken care of.  So what should a dairy producer be doing to prepare for the lower prices?  Brad Guze is an ag loan officer with BMO Harris Bank in Wisconsin.
