Going without breakfast like running on empty

Kat Howard, nutrition graduate student at the University of Nebraska Lincoln says you get energy to your brain and your body by eating breakfast because breakfast improves brain performance. She says to eat breakfast on the run if you have to because that’s better than skipping it altogether.
