How to best freeze fresh meat
You buy meat at the store but want to cook it later – the handiest way to do that is freeze it for future use. But, what is the best way to freeze it? For the answer, I turned to Jenean Schweihofer with Michigan State University. She says meat can stay frozen for months, in some cases, up to a year.
