The past few days, I’ve talked about the Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle and told you about some of the resources and why I think it would be beneficial for your family.
Some of you have been hesitant about purchasing and you’ve emailed in or commented with questions. It makes me so happy that you are carefully considering your purchasing and not just jumping in and buying something because it seems like a good deal.
I am here to help you spend your money in the wisest manner possible. I turn down many opportunities on a daily basis to promote things because I only want to promote the best of the best here.
If you are not in a financial place to purchase the Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle, will you do me a huge favor and just skip this post? The last thing I want to do is to encourage you to buy something that you can’t afford.
Why I’m Endorsing the Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle
For the rest of you, though, I want you to carefully consider whether purchasing the Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle is a good deal for you. And I want to share 9 reasons why I can rubber-stamp this deal and stand behind it:
1. It Will Teach You How to Cut Your Grocery Bill While Eating Healthfully
Most people think that feeding your family healthfully is going to mean you have to majorly increase your grocery bill. But that doesn’t have to be the case. With resources like the Making Organic Food Affordable ebook and the Grocery Savings Made Simple: A Real Mom’s Guide course, you’ll learn practical ways to feed your family well — without breaking the bank!
Value: Both of these resources by themselves are regularly priced at more than the cost of the entire bundle. So even if these are the only two books you read, it will have been worth buying the bundle. Plus, the tricks and tips you learn for saving money on wholesome food will likely end up paying for the bundle in savings over and over again!
2. It Will Give You Step-by-Step Help to Transform Your Family’s Health
Do you want to help your family eat better and feel better but you’re just overwhelmed by all of the information out there? The Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle not only comes with hands-on help ebooks like the 7 Day Real Food Challenge, 22 Days to a Fresh Start, and Let’s Do This! Getting Ahead in Your Real Food Kitchen, and Kids Eat Real Food, but it also comes with a “Getting Started” Guide to help you identify the most valuable resources for your specific health priorities.
Value: These 4 resources mentioned are (again!) worth more separately than you’ll pay for the entire course. And the money you could potentially save on doctor’s visits and medication could be substantial. But not only that, think of the gift you’ll be giving your family by helping them live healthier lives!
3. It Will Clear Up Your Confusion Over Essential Oils
There are a lot of confusing and conflicting viewpoints about essential oils out there with different people telling you different brands are superior to others or the only safe ones to use. Going through the Essential Oils & Natural Health course will educate you on why essential oils work and how to use them. Best of all, the course is done from a completely non-biased perspective when it comes to essential oil brands.
Value: The Essential Oils course is a value of $95! And you get it + all of the other resources in this bundle for just $29.97! That’s definitely what I call a deal!
4. It Will Help You Sleep Better
Okay, so I can’t completely guarantee this one, but it’s been true for me! One of the bonuses you get with the purchase of the Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle is a choice of a free 2-oz liquid herbal formula from Trilight Health. I chose the Peace Treaty and I have quickly decided this stuff really, really works. In fact, if you need to get up really early for some reason, don’t take it before bed, because it truly knocks you out. 🙂
I experimented with taking it and not taking it the past week and can tell a significant difference in how well and how deeply I sleep when I take it as compared to when I don’t. Your results may differ from mine, but for me, I think this stuff rocks!
Value: You do have to pay shipping — which is around $3-5 per order — but getting a bottle of this herbal formula for just a few dollar was very worth it to me. I likely would have never tried it and discovered how well it worked had it not come as a bonus with the bundle!
5. It Will Inspire You to Lose Weight & Stick With Your Fitness Goals
Do you wish you could find a way to stick with exercise goals and actually lose those persistent pounds? The Fit2B course in this bundle might be a great help to you! It contains 5 lessons with 5 videos outlining 5 days of different routines containing 5 exercises done 5 times for 5 sets! And best of all, you can do these lessons in 10-15 minutes!
Plus, you’ll get a free 4-month subscription to Stay-At-Home Yoga. While I’m not much of a yoga person, I checked this online fitness program out and was impressed with it. I especially loved how mom-friendly it was and that she offers really quick workouts for busy days.
Value: This course and the subscription are regularly priced at more than the cost of the entire bundle! Plus, you won’t have to pay for a gym membership or any fancy workout equipment.
6. It Will Save You Money on Gifts For Others
One of my very favorite things about the Healthy Living Bundle is that you are allowed to gift any resources or bonuses you don’t plan on using or reading. Yes, you read that right! So if you only are interested in 10 of the ebooks, 2 of the courses, and 2 of the bonuses, you can give all the others away!
You could use these as gifts for a friend’s birthday or an upcoming special occasion. You could split them up as gifts for multiple friends. Or, you could just share them as a way to bless someone who is interested in healthy living.
The bonuses would especially make great gifts! I loved the Made On Lotion gift set and it would make a really fun and unique gift for a friend who loves all-natural things. Shipping is only a few dollars and it’s well worth it for these high-quality products!
Value: If you used three of the bonuses/ebooks as gifts for friends for upcoming occasions, that could pay for the cost of the bundle itself — because you wouldn’t need to spend any money on gifts for those three occasions!
A picture of some of the bonuses I got from the Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle!
7. It Will Give You New Recipes for Special Diets & Allergies in Your Family
If you have a child or another family member who is gluten-free, diary-free, Paleo, or diabetic, this bundle is a goldmine of great resources and help! If you need recipes, encouragement, or inspiration for how to cook, bake, freezer cook, and menu plan when you have allergies, you’ll find a plethora of help in the ebooks like: 31 Days of Gluten Free Meals, Allergy-Free Cooking, Allergy Friendly Comfort Food, Gluten Free 30 Day Meal Plan, and Grain-Free Meal Plans Freezer Cooking Guide.
Value: Not only will you no longer have to scratch your head and throw up your hands in despair wondering what you’re going to cook or bake, but you’ll no longer feel so alone. These ebooks will come alongside you and help you to feel like you can do this! You can find recipes to cook and meals to make — even with strict diet restrictions!
8. It Will Challenge You to Think Outside the Box
One thing I loved about this bundle was that it felt like I was getting a college education on health and wellness! As I read through many of the resources, I learned many new things, was exposed to new ideas, and was challenged to reconsider what I believe about health.
I feel like there’s so much value in constantly learned and growing as a person. I don’t ever want to become stagnant. I want to challenge my mind and my beliefs and always be willing to try new things if it seems like it might work well.
Value: You can get educated on a wealth of health and wellness ideas — from the comfort of your own home on your own time table — with the resources in this bundle. Even if you decide to keep living like you currently are and don’t change much as a result of learning from these resources, exposing yourself to other mindsets and philosophies is always a valuable thing.
9. It Is a Risk-Free Purchase With a Money-Back Guarantee!
If you are still sitting on the fence right now wondering whether or not you should take the plunge and buy the Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle, here’s why you should: it’s a risk-free purchase.
That’s right! There’s a 100% money-back guarantee on it for up to a YEAR! So if you purchase it and then decide it’s not as helpful as you’d hoped or that it’s not worth the price you paid, you can get a full refund — no questions asked.
So what are you waiting for? Click below to purchase your Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle while there’s still time!
P.S. Remember, this offer ends December 30, 2014 at midnight! Get it while you can!

I just tried a couple of times to order – but got an “ERROR” message both times. Are they still having trouble with an overload of orders perhaps? Going to try once more…..
Crystal Paine says
Let me know if you can’t get it to work. I think it should be working correctly now.
Eileen says
Is the kindle version just easier to read than the PDF version? Trying to decide which to get.
Crystal Paine says
The Kindle version is converted to Kindle format so that you can read it on an e-reader more easily.
Michele says
Will bonus offer still be available today if I purchase today?
Crystal Paine says
Yes, the bonuses are still available!
Anne says
Is there a certain time frame that you must order the free bonuses and download the ebooks or can you do this over a longer period of time–like maybe a few months?
Crystal Paine says
Some of the bonuses need to be redeemed within a month or two, but you have up to a year to download the ebooks and courses.
Fanny @ Living Richly on a Budget says
I finally got it. They are extending the sale until Tues 3pm ET. Yay!
I’m reading the Eczema Cure in the bundle and it was worth getting just for that ebook since it costs $30 without this sale.
Teresa says
I read most of that last night. I can tell you that what she says about allergies and eczema is right on. I went through a horrible experience with my son as an infant. We tried everything. Nothing helped until we got him allergy tested. Wish I had found this 2 years ago. Hope it is helpful for you.
Fanny @ Living Richly on a Budget says
Hi Teresa,
Thanks for your comment! Glad you figured it out about the food allergies. I connected the dots when my daughter was less than a 1 year old but that’s because I developed food allergies too.
Unfortunately, we did allergy testing recently and it didn’t show she had allergies for some of the foods she reacted to. The tests aren’t 100% accurate for everyone but they do help. I do believe that my daughter will be healed one day just like how I was healed of my food allergies. Wishing you the same for your son.
Fanny @ Living Richly on a Budget says
It has been 30 minutes but I still haven’t received the bundle, just the receipt and 2 welcome emails. I’m wondering if their system is clogged since it’s almost cut off time.
Crystal Paine says
I know the site is getting slammed right now.
Here’s what they say on their page:
What do I do if I haven’t received the email?
Sometimes these emails wind up in spam/junk folders, instead of in your inbox. Before you worry that you didn’t get the email, make sure you take a good look at your spam folder first. It’s a pain, but it happens.
For those using Gmail, make sure you check your Promotions folder/tab if you still haven’t seen your email. For some reason, they seem to end up in there from sometimes.
After 30 minutes, if you haven’t received an email with access information for the bundle, and it’s not in your spam, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll make sure that you get it.
Kami says
I just bought the bundle & I’m not seeing where to access the bundle or the extra freebies. Will they come to my e-mail?
Susan says
Kami, I ordered the bundle last weekend. The receipt came into my inbox right away, but the second email with the download instructions came several hours later.
Brooke says
I’m wondering the same thing. I received an email receipt within 15 minutes or so of purchasing, but there aren’t any link to follow on it for downloading. I am guessing they will come in a separate email. Anyone know for sure?
Crystal Paine says
You should get a receipt right away and then an email with download instructions within 20-30 minutes. I purchased a few tonight as gifts and it seems to be running a little slowly, but I still got mine within 20-30 minutes. Let me know if yours don’t show up.
Aubrey says
I don’t have a Kindle, iPad, Nook, etc.
Could I still read any of these e-books?
Sarah says
I read on someone else’s blog you can get a PDF version, plus it’s cheaper too.
Crystal Paine says
The PDF version (the $29.97 version) can be read on your computer. That’s how I’ve read all of the ebooks I’ve read so far because I don’t have a Kindle.
Courtney says
You convinced me! I can’t wait to dive into this!
Crystal Paine says
Yay! I hope that you are inspired by the content!
Amy says
Crystal,
Are you struggling with sleep? I’ve noticed you mentioning different sleep remedies lately, like Peace and Calming and now this Peace Treaty. I am in a period of insomnia right now and feel like I’ve tried everything. I haven’t tried Peace Treaty, though, and I’m tempted.
Susan says
Amy, I’m not Crystal, but I’ll respond to your comment. I went through a period a number of years ago where I was having a really hard time sleeping. I read about apple cider vinegar as a sleep aid and decided to try it, feeling like I had nothing to lose. It worked wonders!
I’d recommend Braggs. There are other good brands, but be sure to use a variety “with the mother”, which is where the health benefits come from, and it’s also less “vinagary” tasting. Don’t use Heinz or other cheap grocery store brands. You can find Braggs at Whole Foods or other stores that have a good selection of organics.
Mix a couple teaspoons of ACV and a couple teaspoons of honey (to taste) with a cup of hot water. It may take a while to develop a taste for it. At first I used more honey and less ACV because I didn’t like the taste, but gradually increased the ACV and decreased the honey until was about 50/50.
To this day I enjoy a hot cup of “tea” as I call it, before bed.
Crystal Paine says
I am so, so sorry you’re dealing with sleep issues. That can be frustrating and difficult.
Have you looked for patterns that might be contributing to your sleep issues? What have you tried/done so far that hasn’t worked? Let me know and I might have some other suggestions for you based upon things I’ve tried or know have worked well for others.
Amy says
Crystal,
After I had my 3rd child two year ago, I developed intermittent anxiety and insomnia, and I have no idea why. I used anti-anxiety medicine for a while, which helps, but I couldn’t stand the side effects so I weaned off of that. I have been using a natural progesterone the past 4 months which has worked really well, and then all of the sudden it stopped working! Otherwise, I’ve tried cardio workouts, essential oils, hot teas and Benadryl (which is what I used last night as a last resort and it didn’t work), along with restricting caffeine, of course. Lots of prayer too!! Any other ideas? I really don’t want to go back on prescription meds if I can help it. Thank you!
Becky says
I read that drinking some almond milk before bed with a little cinnamon in it (for flavor I believe) works. I tried it last night, & I slept great. Has something to do with magnesium.
Amy says
Thank you for the idea!
Amy says
I’ll try anything, and I think I have some in my cabinet already. Thank you!
MaryEllen@ImperfectHomemaker says
I was going to say magnesium. Many people are deficient in magnesium. I started using magnesium lotion on my feet before bed (absorbs quickly that way) and it helps SO much! Check out realtraditions.com – that’s where I get mine!
Amy says
Thank you for this! I did try magnesium powder for a while and it upset my stomach terribly, but maybe the lotion would work better!
Kay-Lee says
I was only offered a bonus of a cooking class I could not go to for 99$!
How do you get the other bonuses?
Crystal Paine says
The bonuses that come with the Healthy Living Bundle should be on your download page. When you get the email with access instructions, you’ll see a page that has all of the details on how to order each bonus (where to go, coupon codes to use, etc.) Let me know if you can’t figure it out.
Sandy says
Im a bit confused… why do I keep reading “…If it’s in your budget…”? I thought this whole thing costs $29.97 nothing else! Are there other hidden costs besides that?
Crystal Paine says
Yes, it’s just $29.97, but for some people right now, that might not be in their budget. I hope that clarifies!
Alicia says
I purchased the bundle a couple days ago, and I have been very impressed with the quality and variety of the ebooks. Mostly I was interested in the 400 grain free recipes (there are 1500 recipes altogether, I think?). But I have found so much more than recipes. Many of the ebooks aren’t the sort that I would have usually sought out, so I’m learning a lot! Worth the purchase if it’s in your budget.
Crystal Paine says
Yay! I’m so glad to hear that you’ve found it worthwhile and worth the price!
Ali says
Thanks Crystal! Heading to purchase my bundle…
Crystal Paine says
I hope that you are blessed and inspired by it!
Ali says
How do we gift portions of the bundle? I already own some ebooks & courses so reluctantly decided to pass. But gifting…now I’m reconsidering!! Do we have to know which ones to keep/give upon checkout?? Please advise. Thanks! 🙂
Crystal Paine says
No, you don’t need to know which ones you’re going to keep or give away at checkout. It’s on the honor system — just download and pass along those you’re not going to read or share the details of how to get the bonuses with someone else if you’re not planning to use it (or if you want to gift a bonus, you could order and have it shipped directly to your recipient)
