Ritz: Canada is prepared to retaliate over COOL
Canada’s minister of agriculture, Gerry Ritz, is making the rounds at the Cattle Industry Summer Conference in Denver. Ritz tells Brownfield that if the Country of Origin Labeling rule is once again ruled out of compliance by the World Trade Organization, Canada is prepared to retaliate against U.S. meat and other products.
