Air France is just rubbish,I am platinum for life and stoped definitely flying with them.
1/buy a cheap economy and they barely give you few miles
2/promo award to book 2months in advance is just non sense,business class are so rare and economy is not worth using miles.
3/Air France think they have the best exclusive first class redeem at lease 100000 miles to get one way first to the Middle East.
Conclusion this company management needs to rethink their strategy or they will sink.
