Double up on DLD this weekend!

a close-up of a seat

I’m now back from Germany and firmly into recovery mode. Lots of fun and lots of cool new things to see and explore at the Aircraft Interiors Expo this past week but my brain is also a bit fried. I’ll be writing up some of the more interesting bits over the next few days and expect to have a whole bunch of fun reading on seats, IFE, wifi and more for next week. In the meantime, however, there are two new episodes of the Dots, Lines & Destinations podcast available and we’re talking lots about the AIX event.

The first of the two new episodes was recorded on Sunday night, before things started. We were mostly guessing about what would happen. It included a couple special guests which adds to the fun.

The second of the two episodes this week comes after the event with a different set of guests and a lot more drinking. Good times.

So if you want to learn more about cool things like the stacked seats shown in the image above before I get around to writing about them give the shows a listen. There’s some very entertaining discussions and opinions tossed around. And you can hear how I screwed up the intro a few times getting started.

  1. You sounded so gung-ho with your visit at the Aircrafts’ Interiors Expo. Just curious, other than the normal interest a traveler might have about plane interiors, are you into any kind of technology work related to this?
