With Azul online as United’s latest partner the ability to search for award travel on the Brazilian carrier is quite useful. Unfortunately, however, the United website doesn’t support all the routes and destinations Azul serves. Instead you get awesome errors like this:
United books into Azul’s Z inventory bucket for awards. And that data is available in public GDS feeds which means it is possible to make searches and alerts for it available, even if United won’t show it:
Not a huge win, I know, but still very much a nice-to-have extra option when trying to find award seats in Brazil.
