Job Title: The Sales Lead Generation Officer

The Sales Lead Generation Officer will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Business Development Manager.

This individual should be highly motivated, self starter, able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources.

A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.

Report To. Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

•   Make cold calls and develop new business via personal contact. Email and Telephone.
•   Work with the Business Development Manager to develop and grow sales pipeline.
•   Provide report on daily activities by close of business each day.
•   Build and cultivate prospect relationship.

Remuneration.
Retainer plus unlimited commission income.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelors Degree/Diploma in a business related field.
•   1-3 years experience of insurance sales will be an added advantage
•   Excellent writing and verbal communication skills is key.
