  1. Great post! The earth seems to be shifting reference gift card/debit card/money order purchases. I have seen “government requirement” thrown around a couple times in the past couple of days…….If there a new government law on this or just an old law that is finally being enforced? As they ignorance of the law is no excuse………..so what am I missing?
