Federal disaster-relief loans are available for homeowners, renters and businesses in multiple Wisconsin counties following storms, flooding and landslides from Aug. 17 through Sept. 14, the U.S. Small Business Administration said Saturday.

The disaster declaration covers Crawford, Dane, Juneau, La Crosse, Monroe, Richland, Sauk and Vernon counties, which are eligible to apply for physical and economic injury disaster SBA loans.

Small businesses in Adams, Columbia, Dodge, Grant, Green, Iowa, Jackson, Jefferson, Rock, Trempealeau and Wood counties are eligible to apply for SBA economic injury disaster loans.

Disaster loans up to $200,000 are available to homeowners to repair or replace damaged or destroyed real estate, the SBA said. Homeowners and renters are eligible for up to $40,000 to repair or replace damaged or destroyed personal property.
