Off the beaten path at the Otero County Fair

ALAMOGORDO - Aside from the rides, animals, food and vendors the Otero County Fair had a full exhibit hall.

Inside the exhibit hall were representatives from nonprofit organizations including the Otero County Mastergardeners, Girl Scouts, Cow Belles and more.

There was also a STEM Lab where children of all ages could build things with LEGOs, have robot battles, explore outer space and learn about other sciences. 

The fair ends Sunday. Rides open at noon.
