Venetian Pointe is a gated community of custom estate villas with prices starting in the high-$200s.

It’s been nearly three months since the first homes were completed and the first residents moved into Zuckerman Homes’ Venetian Pointe, a community of custom estate villas located in South Fort Myers.

“We’re having a terrific summer at Venetian Pointe,” said Andrew Zuckerman, President of Zuckerman Homes. “Our first residents are meeting their neighbors.
