Woman killed crossing Airline Drive

Bossier City Police responded to a motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian on Airline Drive near Green Acres Boulevard Thursday at 8 p.m.

Robin Williams, 59, was crossing the roadway while wearing dark clothing when she was struck by the driver of an SUV. Williams was transported to University Health where she was pronounced dead.

The driver of the vehicle was uninjured. No impairment is suspected. No citations were issued.
