Cohn was in the news recently when he was featured in the prologue of "Fear," journalist Bob Woodward's new book on the Trump administration. Woodward wrote that Cohn stole documents off Trump's desk to prevent the president from pulling the United States out of major trade deals.

Terry Duffy, CME Group executive chairman and president, lives in Naples and began the conference more than a decade ago. The CME Group is the largest futures exchange in the world.
