Here's how much it costs to check your bags at every airline out of Indianapolis airport

Delta is now charging $30 for the first checked bag, up from $25, and $40 for the second checked bag, up from $35.

If you're a regular Delta Air Lines passenger, you may notice higher prices when it's time to check to your bags.

The airline is now charging $30 for the first checked bag, up from $25, and $40 for the second checked bag, up from $35, according to the Delta website. That matches the price charged by JetBlue and United.

JetBlue led the way in late August when it became the first major U.S. carrier to charge $30 for the first checked bag. United Airlines matched them less than a week later. Canadian carriers WestJet Airlines and Air Canada also raised bag fees in August.
