GREEN BAY – In the Green Bay Packers' first padded practice of the 2018 regular season, one observation stood out above all else: This is a healthy team.

Among the players on the Packers' 53-man roster, only reserve safety Josh Jones did not practice Thursday. Inside linebackers Oren Burks (shoulder) and James Crawford were limited participants, going through non-contact individual drills.

Burks wore a harness over his left shoulder after dislocating it in pregame warmups at Oakland almost two weeks ago. He participated in the early walkthrough to start practice, but only shadowing the Packers first-team linebackers. He later was on scout team during group drills, so his availability for Sunday night’s opener against the Chicago Bears is difficult to predict.
