Grassley continues push for year-round E15
Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley continues to push for year-round sales of E15.
Grassley says an RFS compromise with oil refiners in not necessary, because the refiners have already achieved their goal of lower RIN prices.
“When this battle started a year ago, refineries were complaining because RIN prices were 80 cents. They’re down to 20 cents now,” Grassley says. “Refiners have what they want and ethanol still does not have E15 12 months out of the year.”
Grassley says the EPA should allow year-round E15 sales, “just based upon the way things have worked out”.

Senator Grassley would do better pushing for using all that farmland planted in corn for fuel for vehicles currently to be planted instead with food for American tables!!!
