Nebraska’s crops heading into the home stretch

Nebraska’s corn and soybean crops are heading into the home stretch with some excellent overall ratings.

Corn rates 84 percent good to excellent this week with soybeans at 81 percent. Corn is 38 percent dented, compared to 25 average, and a few fields of soybeans are starting to drop leaves.

Pasture and range conditions are rated 75 percent good to excellent.
