Stencils, Inks and Stamps
Hello everyone!!! I am back with Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps, Today I am featuring stencils, inks and stamps!
I don’t know if you noticed but the Clarity Brushes are back on Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps Store and I decided to use a Rebecca Baer Stencil to show you how easily is mix and match different colors of inks with these brushes.
To start my project I secured a whisper white piece of cardstock under the stencil. I am using the Dragonfly Fantasy Medium size stencil from Rebecca Baer Designs. Her stencils offered amazing and exclusive designs that work wonderful to use different techniques. On this card I started applying the soft colors of ink first and then moved to enhance some areas to dark colors. I used Pool Party, Soft Suede and Tangerine Tango Classic Ink.
After finish the inked process, I just removed the stencil and clean it with a soft wipe to remove the ink over the plastic and washed with water my Crafty Brushes immediately to remove the ink and have they ready for my next project.
Using the Misti or Stamparatus, I stamped the sentiment Magical Birthday with the Midnight Premium Archival Ink from Catherine Pooler. Now you can find all her collection of inks in Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps Store.
I resized the stenciled layer and pasted over a Pool Party cardbase. To finalize the decoration I add the tiny frame border that I obtained after cut the Dotted Patterns: Loops from Studio Katia. It was a left over piece that I didn’t use on my challenge card of this month. If you want to see the challenge card and/or participate, just click here.
