NMPF submits comments on WOTUS
The National Milk Producers Federation is supportive of the EPA and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ current proposal to repeal the Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) rule.
In comments this week, President Jim Mulhern said WOTUS must provide clarity on what’s under its jurisdiction.
NMPF joins other farm and food organizations submitting an additional 22 pages of comments providing an assessment of what the two agencies did wrong three years ago in an attempt to update the regulation.
