CME dairy prices mostly up Friday

Dairy prices were mostly up at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Friday.

August Class Three milk was up $.05 at $15.04.    September was up $.14 to $16.13. October was up $.07 to $16.43.  November was up $.03 at $16.39. The milk futures from December through next July ranged from one cent lower to three cents higher.

Dry whey was up $.0025 to $.4425 cents per pound.  No sales were recorded.

Barrels were up $.0525 at $1.62 per pound.  Two carloads sold at $1.60 and $1.6150.

 Forty-pound blocks were up $.0125 at $1.6575 per pound.  Two carloads sold at $1.65 and $1.6575.

Grade AA Butter was unchanged at $2.34 per pound.  No sales were recorded.

Nonfat dry milk was up $.0150 at $.83 per pound.  One carload sold at that price.
