Aaron Dhawan is the new new director of operations at Richard's Paints.

Richard’s Paint adds Dhawan

Richard’ Paint recently announced that Aaron Dhawan is the new new company’s director of operations. Dhawan will be responsible for operational process management, improvement of processes and standards, change management, organizational design and development, as well as general operations management.

He joins the Richard’s team from Delta Laboratories Inc. in Ocala where Dhawan was general manuacturer. Delta is a manufacturer of lacquers, urethanes, epoxies, acrylics, and alkyds. Dhawan served as general Manager. During his successful tenure he was responsible for two paint and coatings manufacturing and distribution locations, with all departmental managers as direct reports including sales, marketing, customer service, research and development, operations, regulatory, and quality control.

Dhwan has spent his entire career in the chemical sector, and as an executive level manager he has extensive expertise in developing and optimizing organizational processes, measurement systems, and infrastructure to maximize business results in process-manufacturing organizations.

Bhola joins hospital

Dr. David Bhola has joined Rockledge Regional Medical Center and Steward Medical Group and will focus on sleep disorders.

“There are so many people who need great healthcare. Helping others is a part of something much bigger than what I was doing,” Bhola said. “I believe in treating patients like they are my own family. In the medical field, I felt I could make a significant contribution to my community including my family, my in-laws, my neighbors, all who are part of the Brevard area.”

Bhola is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, where he received his doctor of osteopathy degree. He also studied biomedical sciences at the University of South Florida in Tampa and aerospace engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach.

His interest in sleep disorders began when he was treating a 30-year-old stroke patient and discovered the man had sleep apnea and wasn’t sleeping through the night at the hospital. Since then, Dr. Bhola has noted connections between sleep problems and other health issues. He worked as a nocturnist at Wellmont Medical Associates in Bristol, Tennessee, and has treated sleep disorders at Larkin Community Hospital in Hialeah, Florida.

CrossleyShear Wealth Managements hires Barnes

Carrie Barnes recently joined CrossleyShear Wealth Management, which hasoffices in Heathrow and Merritt Island.

The announcement was made by Dale Crossley, cofounder of CrossleyShear Wealth Management. The Merritt Island office is at 2395 N. Courtenay Parkway, Suite 201.

Barnes is a member of the financial–planning team, she assists clients with a broad range of financial, investment and retirement–planning strategies. After receiving her degree from Florida State University, she returned to her community roots in Brevard County where she worked for Raymond James as a client service manager, and then as a budget analyst at Kennedy Space Center.

“My passion for helping people is part of what motivated me to get back into the financial–services industry and I am incredibly honored to be a part of this team,” Barnes said.
