Milwaukee Washington rising sophomore Michael Foster is one of the hottest recruits in the 2021 class.

Marquette is the latest school to throw its hat in the ring for the local star.

Foster's travel coach told 247Sports' Evan Flood that the Golden Eagles have offered a scholarship to the 6-foot-9 power forward.

Foster surprised many hoops analysts by committing to Arizona State and head coach Bobby Hurley in December of his freshman season.

Foster's stock continued to skyrocket and he de-committed from the Sun Devils in June.

Foster is ranked the No. 3 prospect in the 2021 class by both ESPN and 247Sports.

Bradley, Louisiana State, San Diego State and Texas A&M are other schools who have offered Foster scholarships.

Foster plays for the Milwaukee Spartans on the AAU circuit.

The rangy Foster boasts tantalizing athleticism and also a sweet shooting stroke.

“People are seeing a very talented young man, but they have to be patient,” Milwaukee Washington coach Freddie Riley told the Journal Sentinel last season. “It’s a process. It’s like Joel Embiid (Philadelphia 76ers center) without the injury. You’ve got to allow this process to take place. Mike has a lot to learn defensively and must continue to build offensively.”
