Ice cream month and other choices

It’s National Ice Cream month but some people are looking for tasty alternatives. Frozen yogurt continues to be a popular choice because it typically contains fewer calories but is still made from dairy and has health-promoting probiotics. As with any sweet treat, if you go overboard you’ll have too much sugar in your diet.
