The reloading UW-Milwaukee men's basketball team has added Will Sessoms, a 6-foot-8 forward from Linden, N.J., who will be playing for his third school in three seasons.

Sessoms transferred in from Lee College, a community college in Baytown, Texas, Panthers announced Friday. He also spent one season at New Mexico Military Institute, a junior college in Roswell, N.M.

"Will brings a tremendous amount of toughness, maturity, size and a very good skill set," Panthers coach Pat Baldwin said in announcing the signing. "Will's work ethic and competitiveness fits perfectly with our culture."

Sessoms, of Linden, N.J., averaged 10.2 points and 5.4 rebounds in 27 games for Lee as a sophomore in 2017-'18, with 15 games in double figures and a season high of 26. Sessoms shot 46.2%  and 74.7% from the free throw line. In 2016-'17, he averaged 6.0 points and 6.2 rebounds in 30 games for New Mexico Military Academy.

UWM is working to replace five scholarship players who have transferred out of the program this off-season.

Earlier this month, UWM announced the addition of Harrison Henderson, a 6-10 forward/center who spent two season at Southern California. He will sit out this season per NCAA transfer rules.

Henderson, who is from Dallas, Texas, played in 24 games for the Trojans, averaging 3.2 minutes.

"In addition to Harrison's ability, he comes from a great family and his character and class sets him apart," Baldwin said. "He will fit in very well with our culture of young men who have a great work ethic, who are coachable, who are great teammates and who are immensely consumed with winning."
