Clive Daniel to design interiors for Le Jardin II at Residences at Mercato

Interior designer Wilfredo Emanuel of Clive Daniel Home has been selected by The Lutgert Companies to design interiors for the newest Le Jardin II model at The Residences at Mercato in Naples, a gated enclave of 46 single-family homes and villas under development by The Lutgert Companies. Built by Lutgert Construction, each residence features a pool, a two-car garage and is open to courtyards to maximize both privacy and outdoor living.

With the installation of furnishings slated for the fourth quarter of this year, the 3,531-square-foot, two-story detached Le Jardin residence features three bedrooms plus a cabana and 4.5 baths. The custom outdoor living area is designed to emphasize year-round outdoor leisure and is listed at $2.275 million, including furnishings.
