Divco Custom Homes has opened the Baywood model in the Pine Ridge section of Naples.

Divco Custom Homes opened a furnished model in the Pine Ridge neighborhood of Naples in March.

The Baywood model is on a waterfront site and will serve as the venue for several charity, business and neighborhood events over the next few months. The price is $3.85 million and is available with a leaseback option.

According to Alan Foster, Divco’s vice president of sales and marketing, custom home building is a very rewarding and very demanding sector of the construction industry.

"Over the past three decades, Divco Custom Homes has developed exceptional expertise in recognizing the customer’s journey from location selection through warranty,” said Foster. “The Baywood is a home of the highest quality that reflects our commitment to the smallest details of the design-build process.”

The Baywood is from Divco’s Signature Collection, one of six home collections offered by Divco. Each Divco Custom Home Collection is carefully tailored to meet the requirements of homebuyers in Southwest Florida’s luxury home market.

"The Signature Home Collection starts at 4,000 square feet of living area with hallmarks that include a strong emphasis on modern styles, expansive outdoor living areas and upscale appointments throughout. Whether permanent or seasonal, homeowners who choose these plans tend to be committed to a substantive Florida lifestyle,” said Foster. “These are perfectly suited for Pine Ridge and this particular site with water views and a location close to the Gulf of Mexico and the many amenities of Naples.”

Pine Ridge Estates is a nongated community of single-family estate homes on large parcels. Located north of Pine Ridge and west of Goodlette-Frank roads, this development offers privacy in a central Naples address that is just a one-mile drive to the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It is conveniently located near fine shopping and dining at Waterside Shops and Mercato.

"The Baywood is a transitional, luxurious home design with a generous layout. It offers homeowners flexibility with ideal study/studio spaces,” said Jennifer Lofstrand, a New Home Sales Consultant with Divco Custom Homes.

The Baywood plan offers four bedrooms and four-and-one-half baths with 4,703 square feet under air and a total of 7,057 square feet. The great room style home featurs a beamed ceiling, an open, island-style kitchen and a dining room that overlooks the pool and lanai. There is a private study off the foyer. At the rear of the home is a versatile flex room, with large windows to the rear that make the perfect ‘her’ studio.

Two large, covered outdoor living areas include an outdoor kitchen and seating for dining and entertaining. To the side of the pool and spa is a furnished sundeck and a fire pit.

The master suite offers his and her walk-in closets, a private water closet, a shower and a soaking tub and opens directly to the lanai. Each of the three guest suites includes a full bath, one of which also serves as a pool bath.

A large motor court fronts the home with a three-car garage flanking one side and an additional single-car garage located opposite.
