New Student Planner Covers for 2018-2019

One of the things I love about our student planner is that the kids have a chance to OWN it by adding in their information, including filling out the dates for each month. A few years ago I started selling a PDF version of the planner I created for my girls and each year update the covers (your purchase allows access to a ‘buyers only’ page where optional pages are added, including additional dated covers and other pages as readers/users request).

Each of the *new* covers has a calendar for the years 2018-2019 (the 2018 and 2018-19 covers) or 2019-2020 (the 2019 covers).

Want a peek inside? I promise it’s super simple, full of color, and ready to download and print. This is one of ours from a few years ago.

A quick note: I figured out that our printer will print BORDERLESS. It was one of the paper choices in settings. In the video you’ll see some of the pages that we experiments with (ones that were or weren’t printed all the way to the edge). Our front and back covers were printed onto cardstock and then laminated for extra durability. We use a heavy weight paper (24 lb.) to print the planner and make the pages a little thicker.

  1. At what age to you start your kiddos using a planner? Also do you ever make a student planner including 7 days rather then 5?

    • We started with this planner in the 8th grade with our girls. Also, there is a smaller area for weekend planning, but I didn’t want it to be too overwhelming either for the kids. Typically they are working 5 days, so I went with a standard format and if our kids do something on a weekend day, they just put it in an area somewhere that week as a record.

  2. We love your student planner! I also have the homeschool planner. Will you be updating the calendar page in that one soon? I’m planning ahead. :)
