Alcohol suspected to be a factor in ATV crash that sent a 26-year-old to the hospital

A 26-year-old man was taken to Froedtert Hospital by Flight for Life early Sunday morning after an all-terrain vehicle crash in Cascade, according to a release from the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Department.

Officers were dispatched to the crash at W6266 Harbor Lights Road in Cascade at 12:34 a.m. Sunday. The 26-year-old Sheboygan man, who was driving the ATV, was unconscious from injuries sustained in the crash when officers arrived, the Sheriff's Department said. 

The Sheriff's Department said alcohol is suspected to be a factor in the crash. 

The victim's name was not released.
