BONITA SPRINGS — Two premier mid- and high-rise residential condominium associations in Southwest Florida have awarded management contracts to property management firm KW Property Management & Consulting.

The two high-profile condominium properties include Admiralty Point on Gulf Shore Boulevard North in Naples, and Ariel at the Landings in Fort Myers, the sole high-rise building in the Landings.

"The management of these fine residential properties is recognition that our firm provides the kind of sophisticated expertise that communities need in areas such as accounting, technology, maintenance and customer service,” said Zuly Maribona, regional manager of KW Property Management & Consulting in Bonita Springs.

KW Property Management, founded in 2004 by Paul Kaplan and Robert White, now manages communities throughout Southwest Florida with more than 16,500 homes from its regional headquarters in Bonita Springs. Admiralty Point in Naples is bordered by the Gulf of Mexico and Venetian Bay, hugging the north bank of Moorings Bay. Admiralty Point’s two residential buildings contain a total of 144 condominiums. The 17-story Ariel at the Landings has 135 condominiums located within the Landings Golf, Yacht and Tennis Club off McGregor Boulevard near the Cape Coral Bridge in Fort Myers.

KW Property Management assigns a new-client manager and one of the firm’s in-house CPAs to prepare and review financial statements and budgets, orient employees and ensure a flawless transition for each community. The firm’s staff of accountants provide in-depth financial reviews and analyze all vendor contracts to ensure communities are getting the best pricing and maximum services, using its Value Optimization process.
