It's officially summer, when we're ready for some hot fun, a heat wave, with maybe a little Kenny Chesney blaring from our speakers, singing "summertime is finally here."

Sure, it's warm year-round in Southwest Florida but music — especially songs we grew up with — help to create a soundtrack for the season. Here are some of our favorite summer songs and share some of yours with us below.
