Bartolotta's Lake Park Bistro Pear Martini.

Kathy Keleher, Oconomowoc, requested a drink recipe from Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro.

She wrote: “A number of months ago, my husband and I ate at Lake Park Bistro. It had been many years since we ate there. I ordered the Pear Martini, which I enjoyed immensely! I would love to have the recipe for this fabulous cocktail.”

Staff at the restaurant sent the recipe.

Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro Pear Martini

Makes 1 drink

  • 3 ½ ounces Grey Goose La Poire (pear) vodka
  • ½ ounce Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup (purchased or homemade)
  • Slivers of lemon for garnish

Combine all ingredients and mix well in a shaker. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with slivers of lemon peel if desired.
