Strawberry Festival, Cheese Curd Festival and more to do around Wisconsin this week

Cedarburg: Strawberry Festival. This free festival June 23-24, which regularly draws up to 100,000 people, features strawberry food offerings, strawberry wine, live music and kids activities. See cedarburgfestivals.org.

Ellison Bay: Uncork Summer. Kick off summer with food tastings, beverages and music from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 23 at the Wickman House Restaurant. Admission is $10 in advance. Food and drink tickets are $5. See uncorksummer.com.

Ellsworth: Cheese Curd Festival. The Cheese Curd Capital of Wisconsin celebrates the state delicacy June 22-23 with a variety cheese curd dishes, a cheese curd eating contest, music and more fun. The festival is free. See cheesecurdfestival.com.

Hayward: Musky Festival. The home to the Freshwater Fishing Hall of Fame and Museum celebrates one of the biggest freshwater fish June 22-24 with arts and crafts booths, sidewalk sales, live music, kids games, a carnival, food and fishing contests. See muskyfest.com.

Land O' Lakes: Ride with Leinie. Join one of two bike rides to support the development of the Wilderness Lakes Trails in the Sylvania Wilderness Area from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 23. Enjoy Leinenkugel's beer tastings and brats following the rides. See wildernesslakestrails.org.
