SOUTH FORT MYERS — Venetian Pointe by Zuckerman Homes, a new South Fort Myers community of custom estate villas, is one of the area’s busiest sites as a number of new homes are in various stages of construction throughout the community.

According to Andrew Zuckerman, president of Zuckerman Homes, construction of the first residences are scheduled to be completed by the end of this month.

"It’s an exciting time at Venetian Pointe. Within weeks, not only will our first homes be completed, but our first residents will also be moving in,” said Zuckerman.

The first residences to be completed will be pre-sold homes, however, a number of inventory homes are set to be completed mid-summer.

“Our pre-launch research indicated there is a strong demand for new home construction in the South Fort Myers area,” Zuckerman recalled. “That prompted us to get a number of inventory homes under construction as soon as possible.”

Situated on 50 acres, Venetian Pointe by Zuckerman Homes is a community of only 100 well-appointed custom estate villas.

In addition to the new floor plans, furnished models and pricing, there are four other major benefits to buying and living at Venetian Pointe.

The first is there are no Community Development District (CDD) fees. The second, the HOA fees are low. Third, due to the elevation of the community, flood insurance is not required. Fourth, the community has natural gas for cooktops, water heaters and dryers.

Since the community’s four furnished models debuted in late February, nearly 2,000 visitors have walked through their doors to tour the unique floor plans and beautifully designed interiors.

Buyers have a choice of five distinct and fully customizable one- and two-story floor plans, ranging from 1,500 to almost 3,000 square feet. Prices begin at $279,900.

Each floor plan can be customized.

“Our design process allows buyers to create and customize their home with finishing touches, to make it a reflection of themselves,” Zuckerman stated.

The community’s main amenity area is also under construction.

The Venetian Club offers residents a fitness center, resort-style pool, and outdoor patio.

Scenic sidewalk paths will wind throughout and around the community for leisurely strolls or active jogs.

Adding to the appeal of the homes and amenities at Venetian Pointe is the beauty of the neighborhood itself. Zuckerman Homes is a strong believer in preserving natural elements and minimizing its impact on the environment.

The company’s architects and designers create communities with environmentally friendly designs that use the scenic beauty of the surrounding landscape. Within the 50 acres, Venetian Pointe has set aside over one-third of the property for preserves and lakes, allowing the architecture of the homes to interweave with the picturesque surroundings of the area.

To complete the maintenance-free lifestyle, professional lawn maintenance is also provided.

Venetian Pointe is close to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island; a short drive from the dining, entertainment and shopping options of Downtown Fort Myers and the Fort Myers River District; and close to over 40 golf courses and outdoor attractions like the nearby Lakes Regional Park.

Venetian Pointe is near A-rated schools and industry-leading healthcare facilities such as HealthPark Medical Center, Lee Memorial Hospital, and Golisano Children’s Hospital.

The Venetian Pointe Sales Center is daily at 8031 Gladiolus Drive, at the corner of Summerlin Road. Visit VenetianPointe.com.
