MIROMAR LAKES – The Cortona neighborhood at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club is nearly 80 percent sold within four months of its introduction. All home sites had sold by early May, however, four final buying opportunities are still available: three designer-furnished models and one home site planned for an unfurnished model home. The waterfront neighborhood of 19 single-family Luxury Villas was introduced in December 2017.

George Mato, vice president of sales for Miromar Realty, credits Cortona’s success to location, lifestyle and imagination.

The Villa Adriana II spans 2,742 square feet under air and 4,077 total square feet including a three-car garage and a covered lanai with a linear fireplace built into a wall.

Harbourside Custom Homes recently completed its designer-furnished Villa Adriana II model in Cortona. The home features distinct West Indies-inspired architecture and offers three bedrooms, a study, three bathrooms and a pool bathroom. It spans 2,742 square feet under air and 4,077 total square feet including a three-car garage and large covered lanai with a linear fireplace built into a wall. Priced at $1.849 million furnished, the Villa Adriana II offers luxury interior appointments such as granite countertops, shimmering light fixtures, tiled surfaces and custom cabinetry.

Construction and interior design is nearing completion for the furnished Sedona II model by Arthur Rutenberg/Lyons Housing. Scheduled to open in late June priced at $1.795 million furnished, the Sedona II offers three bedrooms, a den, three bathrooms, a powder room and is designed around a great room floor plan blending kitchen, casual dining and great rooms. Designer features include beamed, recessed and vaulted ceilings, travertine stone flooring in main living areas, luxury cabinetry and appliances. The Sedona II offers 2,729 square feet under air and 4,150 total square feet, including covered lanai and three-car garage.

Fox Custom Homes recently commenced construction of its designer-furnished Marabella II, offering three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a half bathroom and study within 2,821 square feet under air and 4,114 total square feet. It features a three-car garage and expansive lanai with a summer kitchen and fireplace.

Harbourside is planning an unfurnished model, which will provide customization options for homebuyers — the opportunity to select cabinetry, flooring, tile and other finishes to personalize their home, Mato said.

Cortona’s introduction expanded Miromar Lakes’ footprint northward on Costa Maggiore, creating homesites with shared boat docks and direct access to the 700-acre freshwater Lake Como. The neighborhood is located between two winding waterways.

Divco Custom Homes, one of the four preferred builder in Cortona, sold its two models prior to construction or shortly after. The designer-furnished Senza is currently open for viewing.
