Trump Attorney Michael Cohen 'Likely to Cooperate with Investigators' After Law Firm Representing Him Drops Case: Report

Donald Trump’s longtime personal attorney Michael Cohen is “likely to cooperate with investigators” after the law firm representing him withdrew from the case, ABC News reports.


A source involved in Cohen’s case told ABC News that McDermott, Will & Emery LLP, the law firm representing Cohen in a proceedings regarding the federal raid on law office and residence, will no longer handle the case.

“Cohen, now with no legal representation, is likely to cooperate with federal prosecutors in New York, sources said,” according to ABC News. “This development, which is believed to be imminent, will likely hit the White House, family members, staffers and counsels hard.”
