New community

Pulte Homes has acquired 220 acres 2.5 miles east of Interstate 75 on Corkscrew Road in Estero. Pulte’s Wild Blue community will feature 256 home sites around wooded preserves and an 88-acre lake. Wild Blue will offer consumer-inspired floor plans and luxury designs, including large open gathering and dining areas, integrated outdoor living spaces, personalized designer finishes and gourmet kitchens. The community will also feature resort-style amenities with a clubhouse, resort pool, fitness center, tennis, pickleball and bocce courts, and lifestyle programming. The gated Estero community hosts single-family homes with prices ranging from the mid-$300s to over $1 million. Wild Blue is set to open in early 2019. ULI Florida Summit

The annual ULI Florida Summit connects more than 500 of the top real estate professionals from throughout the state including developers, attorneys, engineers, architects and land use planners. The Summit is hosted by the five District Councils of Florida including Southwest Florida, Southeast Florida, Tampa Bay, Central and North Florida. Breakfast seminar

The Sales & Marketing Council (SMC) of the Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA) is holding a breakfast seminar titled "FANtastic Marketing" led by sales and marketing expert Meredith Oliver, president and creative director of Meredith Communications, a digital marketing agency in Raleigh, N.C., specializing in website development, search engine optimization and social media marketing. The breakfast will be held Thursday, June 7, at Quail West Golf & Country Club, 5950 Burnham Road, Naples and is open to the public. The SMC Breakfast Series doors open at 8:30 a.m. for networking and a breakfast buffet. Transactions

Voila II LLC sold a 37.5-acre property to We Have Arrived LLC for $5,532,500. The property, consisting of three adjacent parcels, is at 14295 and 14335 Collier Blvd., Naples. The deal was brokered by Randy Thibaut and Doug Meschko of Land Solutions Inc.

Investment Properties Corp. (IPC) reported these transactions:
1010 6th Street LLC purchased assignment of leasehold interest in commercial property and business known as Naples Trolley and General Store at 1010 Sixth Ave. S., Naples, from NTT Realty LLC for $2 million. David J. Stevens negotiated this transaction.

Naples Tollgate  LLC purchased five platted lots totaling 10.66 acres of commercial land from Sky Angel Center LLC at Tollgate Commercial Center, Bush Boulevard, Naples, for $3.125 million. David J. Stevens of IPC negotiated this transaction for the buyer. Paul Hardy of Development Realty Inc. negotiated this for the seller.

TBC Greenway LLC purchased 3.1 acres of land from Ronald Mentecki, Roger Fritchey and Robert Johnson at the northwest corner of U.S. 41 East and Greenway Road in Naples. The purchase price was $330,000. Craig D. Timmins, David J. Stevens and Rob Carroll negotiated this transaction.

Millchin Properties, LLC purchased 13,200 square feet of commercial space from MKA Holdings LLC at 5939 Shirley St., Naples. The purchase price was $2.025 million. William V. Gonnering helped negotiate this transaction.

CRE Consultants negotiated these deals:

PORTU Family Farms LLC purchased a 2.19-acre lot on U.S. 41 East, five miles east of Collier Boulevard, Naples, from Lila Lee Sharfi for $60,000. Fred Kermani of CRE Consultants represented the seller and Siobhan St. Amour of Downing-Frye represented the buyer.

Shaw Development leased 24,422 square feet of industrial space in Southlinks, 12752 Trade Way Drive, Suites 4-8, Bonita Springs, from Southlinks Associates. William Wolf of CRE Consultants represented the lessee and Mike Doyle of LandQwest represented the lessor.

Digital Marketing Agency LLC. leased 1,492 square feet in North Collier Corporate Center, 1016 Collier Center Way, Suite 206, Naples, from Klinger Properties NC LLC. Dave Wallace negotiated the transaction.
