Clive Daniel Hospitality awarded design contract for Vistas at Bonita Bay

BONITA SPRINGS — Clive Daniel Hospitality has been awarded a contract to refresh the interiors of the social room of the luxury 25-story Vistas at Bonita Bay condominium in Bonita Springs.

“While maintaining and complementing the existing architectural design, the Vistas social room will undergo a complete makeover to include an innovative redesigned bar, walls, flooring, lighting and new furnishings as well as a refreshed kitchen area used for private parties for owners and guests,” said Nancy Woodhouse IDS, Clive Daniel Home’s VP Hospitality Division and Business Development. The team recently completed revitalizing the pool Pavilion bar and grill area.

In their transformation of the Vistas social room, the CDH interior design team will transform the space into a more timeless, transitional design scheme. The new enhancements will introduce a sea of blues for the color palette and will offer functionality with expanded seating, overlooking views of the bay and golf course. Architectural features will be added to the increased entertaining space. The project is scheduled for completion in October.

The Clive Daniel Hospitality team will work in conjunction with BUILD to complete the renovation. BUILD is a Southwest Florida commercial construction general contractor having earned honors for its projects in Southwest Florida and Louisiana. The company is NASCLA certified commercial general contractor and has recently expanded to North Carolina.

The 98-unit Vistas at Bonita Bay was the first of six luxury high-rises built in 1998 by The Lutgert Companies along Estero Bay with views of the Gulf of Mexico and Little Hickory Island. Fort Myers, Lovers Key State Park and Sanibel Island can be seen from balcony lanais.
