McGarvey’s Brentwood model underway in Quail West

Quail West announced that construction of luxury homebuilder McGarvey Custom Homes’ new Brentwood model is well underway.

The Brentwood, which overlooks a lake, is a four-bedroom plus study, four-and-a-half-bath plus pool bath home with 5,336 square feet under air and 8,763 total square feet, including a side-entry, three-car garage and an outdoor living area.

From its double-door entry, one steps into the wide foyer with recessed alcoves on each side. Straight ahead is the 30-by-24-foot great room with an intricate ceiling and walls of sliding glass that retract back in two directions.

To the left of the great room is the open gourmet kitchen and formal dining area.

The centerpiece of the kitchen is an island counter with a double sink and breakfast bar. Other highlights include the white-glazed shaker-style cabinetry, quartz countertops, Thermador appliances and a Wolf gas range. The pantry, glass-walled wine room, and mud room flank the kitchen.

The adjacent dining room has a wide floor-to-ceiling window that overlooks one of the lanais and the lake beyond.

The three guest bedrooms are all located beyond the kitchen and dining area. Each has a full bath and walk-in closet. Two guest suites have direct access to the outdoor living area, while the other overlooks a courtyard.

The laundry room, with an Electrolux front loading washer and dryer, shaker-style wood cabinetry, and granite countertops, is also near the kitchen.

Located to the right of foyer is an alcove that leads to the half-bath, study and master retreat.

The study, with its hanging door entrance that retracts back in two directions, also has a feature wall that will be detailed like a working office with built-in lower cabinets and file drawers. Its multi-step vaulted ceiling details will also feature 6-by-6-floating beams with concealed lighting.

Double doors also lead into the master retreat. The 19-by-15-foot bedroom area has an intricate ceiling and direct access to the outdoor living area. It also has a 10-by-8-foot seating area that also overlooks the outdoor area.

Past the morning bar with sink and under-counter refrigerator and his and her closets with custom built-in systems, one enters the master bath which features shaker-style cabinetry, his and her vanities and water closets, a grand walk-in shower with tile and separate freestanding tub.

The outdoor living area will include a summer kitchen with separate bar, three diagonally stepped covered lanais with skylights, a central conversation area with gas fireplace, an 870-square-foot pool and a separate edgeless spa.

The Brentwood is priced at $4.475 million, including furnishings.

McGarvey Custom Homes has two furnished models available for immediate tours and purchase.

The Southampton is a four-bedroom plus study, four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,475 square feet under air and 6,661 total square feet, including a side-entry, three-car garage. It is priced at $3.75 million, including furnishings.

The Beechwood is a four-bedroom plus study, four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,076 square feet under air and 6,927 total square feet, including a side-entry, three-car garage. It is priced at $3.25 million, including furnishings.

Emerald Homes also has a furnished model available for immediate move-in. The Ventalo is a three-bedroom plus bonus room, three-bath floor plan with 3,131 square feet under air and 4,092 total square feet. The home is priced at $989,187, without furnishings. An optional furniture package is available for $62,000.

Stock Custom Homes has one furnished model and four unfurnished estate homes available.

The Normandy II is a four-bedroom plus study, four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,124 square feet under air and 6,034 total square feet, including a three-car garage. The home showcases an interior by Clive Daniel. It is priced at $2,249,990, fully furnished.

The Muirfield VI is a four-bedroom plus study, four-and-a-half-bath home with 3,443 square feet under air and 5,327 total square feet, including a two-car and a separate single-car garage. It is priced at $1,371,495, unfurnished.

The Muirfield V is a four-bedroom plus study, four-and-a-half-bath home with 3,375 square feet under air and 4,943 total square feet. It is priced at $1,480,480, unfurnished.

The Gardenia II is a four-bedroom plus study, plus bonus room, four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,000 square feet under air and 5,876 total square feet, including a side-entry, three-car garage and two covered lanais overlooking the pool. It is priced at $1,874,205, unfurnished.

The Windsor III is a four-bedroom plus study, four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,155 square feet under air and 6,573 total square feet, including an outdoor living area and two, two-car garages, one on each side of the home. It is priced at $2,249,925, unfurnished.

Additional spec homes and future models are in various phases of construction throughout the community and will be ready for occupancy this year.

One of those homes is the Cortona II by Stock. This four-bedroom plus study, four-and-a-half-bath plan has 4,159 square feet under air and 7,822 total square feet, including two, two-car garages connected by a porte-cochere.

Highlights of the plan include a living room with fireplace and wet bar, a family room off the kitchen, master retreat, and outdoor living area.

The Cortona II is priced at $2,985,880.
