BONITA SPRINGS — The Ronto Group has created a comprehensive array of outdoor amenities at Omega, a new 27-floor high-rise tower to be built by the developer within Bonita Bay. The Omega tower will be the final luxury high-rise tower to be built at Bonita Bay. Omega residents will also enjoy 18,000 square feet of indoor amenities. The indoor and outdoor amenities will be integrated to provide a spectacular indoor/outdoor experience.

Designed by architect Robert M. Swedroe, the modern looking tower will feature 67 residences, including 63 tower residences and the four penthouses. Swedroe’s design presents an out of market perspective on luxury and offers an approach to high-rise living that has never been available in the Southwest Florida market. Reservations worth more than $80 million have been processed and Ronto is now converting reservations to binding sales contracts. Omega’s four penthouse residencesm, priced starting at $6.5 million, are sold out. Tower residence pre-construction pricing starts at $2.15 million.

Omega’s club room on the south side of the building will measure more than 3,000 square feet and feature tall windows overlooking the tower’s modern exterior amenity deck. Located on the building’s second level, the deck will provide views to the south and west. Contemporary glass railings will line the deck’s curved perimeter and overlook one of Bonita Bay’s three on-property golf courses. A massive pool with a beach entry, and two sun shelves that will each include six chaise lounges and built-in benches will serve as the centerpiece of the amenity deck. Poolside day beds, referred to as “pool cocoons,” will be placed around the pool and feature retractable tops. Six private poolside cabanas are available for purchase and will include full bathrooms and a beverage center with a sink and refrigerator. Day cabanas will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. A whirlpool spa will be under a trellis.

Shade palms will be placed about the concrete pavered deck. A pool pavilion with an open-air bar, large seating areas, and restrooms will offer a gathering place. Barbecue grills will be adjacent to the pavilion. Seating areas will be available at various places on the amenity deck, including sunset viewing areas, and a fire pit terrace with seating. Other attractions include a putting lawn and a sculpture surrounded by plank-style concrete and patterned turf.

Through a variety of membership opportunities, Omega residents can also take advantage of the amenities available through the Bonita Bay Club that has been designated a Platinum Clubs of America Five-Star Club of Excellence from 2016 through 2018. The club’s amenity offering includes three on-property and two off-property golf courses, as well as a 60,000-square-foot Lifestyle Center with a 9,000-square-foot spa and salon, a 20,000-square-foot fitness center, and the Wave Café that features healthy menu selections.

The Bonita Bay Club’s new Tennis and Aquatic Center has been completed and features a new Sports Center that includes a tennis pro shop and dedicated men’s and ladies’ tennis locker rooms. A renovated pool includes four lap lanes, a beach entry, and a spa. The Breezeway Bar and Café features a poolside outdoor dining experience and offers casual fare. An open-air bar under roof is available for a poolside beverage. The massive pool deck features two fire pit areas with built-in seating. Dedicated pool restrooms, showers, and locker rooms, as well as a towel pick-up and drop-off station provide additional measures of convenience.

The Bonita Bay Marina is close to the open waters of the Gulf. Wet slips and dry boat storage are available, as well as on-site fueling and light mechanical services. Located on the Gulf of Mexico, Bonita Bay’s residents-only beach park is close by. Picnic pavilions, grills, beach chair and umbrella service, showers, and restrooms equipped with infant changing stations are provided. Residents also enjoy Bonita Bay’s 12-mile network of on-property biking and hiking paths. A kayaking and canoeing lodge offers additional recreational possibilities.

Omega will feature three tower residences per floor and two penthouse residences per floor on the building’s two uppermost floors. The 01 and 03 tower residences will include 4,645 square feet of air-conditioned living space, outdoor terrace areas totaling 1,005 square feet, and an 80-square-foot or 75-square-foot private air-conditioned storage space on the same floor as the residence. The 01 and 03 tower floor plans feature four bedrooms, a den or fifth bedroom, and four-and-a-half baths. Homebuyers have been especially captivated by the 03-floor plan’s unfettered northern exposure that provides long-range views. The 02-tower residence floor plan offers 4,210 square feet under air, 540 square feet of outdoor terraces, and 75 square feet of private air-conditioned storage space on the same floor as the residence. The 02-tower floor plan includes three bedrooms, a den, and three-and-a-half baths.

The four penthouses will be on levels 26 and 27 and measure 6,435 or 6,375 square feet under air plus 1,710 square feet of outdoor terrace areas with gas grills. Each penthouse comes with its own private elevator lobby, a private air-conditioned storage space on the same level as the residence, a private three-car garage, and a private roof-top amenity deck. Each penthouse floor plan includes five bedrooms, a den, and five-and-a-half baths. Massive open-concept living areas include a great room with a fireplace, a double-island kitchen in the 01 and 03 residences with a spacious walk-in pantry, and dining spaces that open to splendid terraces that wrap around the corner of the building. Additional terraces are located off the owner’s bedroom and off two of the guest bedrooms.

Standard finishes in the fully completed Omega residences will reflect Ronto’s attention to creating a luxurious yet exceedingly livable environment. Flooring in the living areas will be wood, stone, or porcelain tile. The island kitchens will be outfitted with designer selected cabinetry, a multitude of quartz or granite countertop selections, a 36-inch Sub-Zero refrigerator and 18-inch freezer, Wolf gas ranges and ovens, a Miele dishwasher, and Dornbracht plumbing fixtures. The bathrooms will also feature designer selected cabinetry and quartz or granite countertops, Dornbracht plumbing fixtures, and Toto toilets.

The Omega sales center is at 26951 Country Club Drive within Bonita Bay.
