Vogue Interiors has completed the interior for Harbourside Custom Homes’ Villa Adriana II furnished model at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club.

Vogue Interiors' Leslie Gebert, Allied Member, ASID and Salvatore Giso, IDS, have completed the interior for Harbourside Custom Homes’ Villa Adriana II furnished model at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club. The home’s 2,742 square feet under air floor plan features a great room, island kitchen, and dining area. The great room and dining space both open to an outdoor living area with a fireplace, outdoor kitchen, conversation and dining areas, a pool with a sun shelf and a spa. The plan also includes three bedrooms, a study, three full baths plus a pool bath that also serves as a powder room, and a two-car garage.

Gebert and Giso have created a comfortable ambiance that showcases a neutral color palette. Cream colored backgrounds are accented with mocha, creamy taupe, and soft salmon. The floors in the living areas are finished with light creamy taupe ceramic wood-look tile in varying widths. Beautiful ceiling details have been included throughout the home, starting with four six-inch pop-ups in the entry foyer that gradually step up to a flat panel at the top. A contemporary round lighting fixture with swirls of LED lights is suspended from the ceiling. The entry foyer is flanked by niches each finished with six vertically set 30- by 45-inch mirrored panels that will reflect to infinity. The mirrored panels are separated by a flat panel trim detail.

The long entry hallway leads to a second foyer outside the study that features a niche opposite the study’s doorway. The niche wall is finished with a cream and chocolate grass cloth with metallic threads. An expresso toned chest with cream finished drawers and agate poles is set in the niche. A large abstract art piece is above the chest.

Gebert and Giso have included an octagonal tray ceiling detail in the study. A beige silk wall covering combines with a wood and copper finished metal desk with banding that wraps across the desk’s medium-toned wooden top and down the sides, a desk chair with copper metal legs and textured chocolate and coral fabric, and a pair of mid-century side chairs with cream fabric and medium-toned wooden legs as well as cream, beige, and metallic gold cow hide accent pillows. Sheer draperies are presented with soft coral, flesh-toned, and taupe horizontal strips against a cream background. The finials are wrapped with creamy raffia. A 5-by-8-foot area rug that graduates from a cream tone to a darker beige anchors the space.

The great room also features an octagonal tray ceiling detail along with a 72-inch brushed nickel ceiling fan. The room’s feature wall provides the design’s most prominent memory point. The wall is finished with a soft wood veneer in a chevron pattern. LED lighting is hidden behind bump-outs and provide backlighting. A media cabinet with an ebony top and touch-latch cabinetry features brushed nickel on the legs that is presented in a wave pattern that extends across the lower front of the cabinet. A large television is mounted above the cabinet.

Furnishings in the great room include a sofa with a matte velvet soft salmon and cream-toned fabric and four flesh-toned accent pillows, an angular cocktail table with a cream-toned wooden top and linear stepped polished chrome legs, a pair of love seats with darker toned wooden legs and embroidered silk fabric with a raised pattern, a medium-toned wooden lamp table, an angular chrome and glass lamp table with a raised top, and an accent chair with neutral fabric and curved arms that mirror the wave pattern on the media cabinet. An 8-by-10-foot area rug in a mocha cream pattern anchors the arrangement.

The kitchen’s glazed rift-cut wooden perimeter cabinetry is in a soft beige color and topped with a cream-toned quartz countertop. A wet bar is at the end of the perimeter that is adjacent to the great room. The island base cabinet matches the perimeter cabinetry and is finished with a Bianca countertop. A rectangular stepped ceiling detail over the island features backlighting. Smoky glass pendant lights are suspended from the ceiling and centered over the island. Four medium-toned wooden bar stools are finished with coral and gold metallic leather.

In the adjacent dining area, a dining table features a soft beige lightly distressed painted wood finish. The frames of the dining chairs have a matching finish. The sheer draperies in the dining area and great room are in a light brown tone with a scalloped leading-edge band.

In the master bedroom, Gebert and Giso included cream and salmon woven fabric draperies with a slight sheen in the darker areas. The bedroom walls are finished in a taupe tone that is slightly darker than the walls throughout the living areas. An upholstered winged headboard is finished with a textured light beige fabric. The bed is flanked by cream-toned nightstands with darker striping. A dresser is in a matching finish. Two soft beige chenille chairs play against a textured shag rug and a glass chandelier.

A hallway leads past two large walk-in closets to a master bath finished with a pearlized cream origami wall covering and 12-by-24-inch linen porcelain tile in a soft taupe color. The bronze metal vanity cabinet is topped with a brushed white quartz countertop. The back wall of the master bath is finished with a glass mosaic tile. A freestanding tub is in front of a walk-in shower.  A uniquely shaped glass and crystal square lighting fixture suspended from the ceiling features indented sides to give the appearance of waves.

Gebert and Giso finished the linear outdoor fireplace wall with a 12-by-12-inch corrugated marble material that is richly textured. A cream finished sofa and two side chairs with cushions in a mocha color are grouped around a glass-topped dark-brown rectangular rattan cocktail table set on a cream and brown area rug. A metal espresso finished dining table with a cream-toned fabric is surrounded by six dining chairs. The outdoor kitchen features espresso finished cabinetry and granite countertops in brown, taupe, and cream. The same granite is used as a backsplash on the kitchen’s grill wall.
