Following the Ethanol Summit of the Asia-Pacific in Minneapolis this week, the U.S. Grains Council held post-summit tours for participants to see the full production and value of U.S. ethanol.

One such trade team, consisting of high-level government and industry representatives from Korea, Taiwan, China and Singapore, traveled into Iowa.  They visited ethanol plants, feed mills, fuel retailers, elevators and co-ops, and corn farms, including the Chris Edgington farm near St. Ansgar in northcentral Iowa.  Edgington serves on the Iowa Corn Promotion Board.

Brownfield talked with Chris Edgington about the trade team’s visit to his farm.
