Seagate’s Sabbia model on schedule for fall completion at Miromar Lakes

Construction of Seagate Development Group, LLC’s furnished Sabbia model in the Sardinia neighborhood Lakes Beach & Golf Club is on schedule for completion this fall.

Seagate Development Group LLC announced construction of its furnished Sabbia model in Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club’s Sardinia neighborhood continues to progress on schedule for completion this fall. Miromar Lakes is a community being developed by Miromar Development Corp., minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport and numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment venues.

Miromar Lakes is the only community in Southwest Florida to offer waterfront living, beaches, and golf all at one location. Acknowledged as the No. 1 community in the United States, Miromar Lakes was named recipient of the National Association of Home Builders’ Gold Awards for Community of the Year and Best Clubhouse, the only Florida winner in history.

Priced at $4.65 million with furnishings and part of Seagate’s Beach Collection in Miromar’s Sardinia neighborhood, the three-level, 6,227-square-foot under air Sabbia model was designed by Rich Guzman at RG Designs. Freestyle Interiors’ Lead Designer Ruta Menaghlazi is creating the home’s interior design, and Outside Productions International Inc. is crafting the design for the outdoor living area, an elevated pool and spa, and landscaping.

Situated on a lakefront home site with long range views, the Sabbia’s main entry is flanked by two garage areas, one of which is 67 feet long. The entry leads to the lower foyer and elevator, as well as storage areas. Three guest suites with full baths, a great room with a sit-down bar, refrigerated wine storage and built-in media center, a kitchen with a catering pantry and island seating, a dining area, and a powder bath are located on the first living level. The great room opens to an outdoor living area with a fireplace, gas grill and refrigerator, a powder bath, dining and conversation areas, the elevated pool and spa, and a sundeck. The second level hosts the master suite, another guest suite with a private bath, a club room, a morning bar and the laundry room. The master bedroom opens to an owner’s sundeck. A second sundeck and a bathroom with a walk-in closet and shower are off the club room.

Seagate has introduced its new Fontana floor plan in Sardinia. The three level, 4,818-square-foot under air plan was also designed by RG Designs and is also part of the Beach Collection in Sardinia. The ground floor includes two garage areas that flank the entry, a lower foyer with an elevator, a space that can be used for storage or as a flex room, and a covered beach patio. In addition to the elevator, a grand staircase leads to the first living level.

The open-concept living area includes a grand room, island kitchen, dining area, wet bar, and a powder bath.  Pocketing sliders open the grand room and dining area to a covered lanai with an island kitchen, a fireplace, a dining and conversation area, and a pool bath. The pool and pool deck will offer lake views. Two guest suites with full baths are located on the first living level. The second living level features a master suite that opens to a covered deck, a bonus room that opens to a covered deck and includes a wet bar with a sink, ice maker, and refrigerator, a guest suite with a full bath, an additional full bath, and a study. Base pricing for the Fontana plan will be announced soon.

Seagate is featuring four floor plans by RG Designs in Miromar Lakes’ Salerno 2 neighborhood ranging from 3,150 to 4,228 square feet under air. The open-concept Tortola plan’s Hamptons beach house inspired architecture offers 3,892 square feet under air and 1,058 square feet of outdoor living space. The grand room, island kitchen, and a dining area with a full wet bar offer an living space. The plan includes a study, four bedrooms, four full baths and two half-baths and a three-car garage. Two of the guest suites open to a walled garden. The third guest bedroom opens to an outdoor living area with a fireplace, kitchen, dining and conversation areas, a pergola, and a pool and spa.  The Tortola plan is base priced at $1.24 million. 

The 3,150-square-foot Umbria plan offers three bedrooms, a study, and four-and-a-half baths. A bonus room can function as a fourth bedroom. The living area includes a grand room with a wet bar, an island kitchen, and a dining area. The grand room and dining area open to an outdoor living space with a covered lanai, pool and spa. An optional outdoor fireplace and an outdoor kitchen are available. The master suite includes walk-in closets and a bath with separate vanities, a walk-in shower, and a freestanding tub.  The master bedroom opens to a covered terrace. Base priced at $1.1 million, the Umbria floor plan also includes a three-car garage.

With 3,554-square-foot under air and an outdoor living area measuring 1,043 square feet, the Calabria plan can include an optional outdoor fireplace and outdoor kitchen.  The plan includes three bedrooms, a study, four-and-a-half baths, and a bonus room. An optional fireplace and built-ins are available in the great room that adjoins an island kitchen and dining area. An optional built-in is available in the dining area. The great room, dining area, and master bedroom open to the outdoor living space. An optional wet bar is available in the master bedroom. The master suite features walk-in closets and a bath with separate vanities, a walk-in shower, and a freestanding tub. A three-car garage is also included. The Calabria plan is base priced at $1.175 million.

The 4,228-square-foot Campenia plan’s grand foyer leads to a great room, double-island kitchen, and dining area. The great room opens to a trellised pool and spa deck while the dining area opens to a covered lanai. An optional outdoor fireplace and kitchen are available. The floor plan includes four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, and a study with a vaulted ceiling.  An optional wet bar outside the study is available.  The master suite includes a bedroom with a sitting area, two walk-in closets, and a bath with his and her water closets, double vanities, a free-standing tub, walk-in shower, and a walled private garden. Base priced at $1.295 million, the Campenia plan includes a three-car garage.

Headquartered in Fort Myers, Seagate Development Group, LLC is also a preferred builder in Quail West. Seagate is in the design and development stage in advance of construction of two new furnished grand estate model residences at Quail West.  Construction of one of the models, The Oak Hill, is expected to start this summer.  The second model, The Streamsong, is scheduled to start this fall.    

Construction of Seagate’s two-story, four-bedroom plus den, four and a half bath furnished Captiva model is underway at Hill Tide Estates, a 9.98-acre gated enclave on the southern tip of Boca Grande.  A second model, the Silver King by BCB Homes, is also under construction.

Thirteen home sites, two completed furnished models, and a furnished model that is under construction remain available at Windward Isle, a gated enclave of 28 single-family luxury homes being developed by Seagate just south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road in North Naples.
