Akbar Gbaja-Biamila, center, a sports analyst for the NFL Network and younger brother of former Green Bay Packer Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila, dances with fans before before the Green Bay Packers game against the Dallas Cowboys at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wis. on Sunday, October 16, 2016.

The race for "worst ceremonial first pitch" of a season is always an entertaining one. Good luck topping what Akbar Gbaja-Biamila delivered in advance of Thursday's Phillies-Giants game in Philadelphia.

Gbaja-Biamila played for four NFL teams from 2003-'08 and today is best known for his work as co-host of popular reality game show "American Ninja Warrior." He's also an analyst on the NFL Network.

Local fans will know the name because of older brother Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila, a Green Bay Packers Hall of Famer who starred for the team from 2000-'08. He stood as the team's all-time leader in career sacks (74.5) until Clay Matthews surpassed that total in 2017 (now up to 80).

I mean, at least it was better than 50 Cent.

Actually, that's not a given.
