Elizabeth Arden Beautiful Colour Liquid Lip Gloss

Well, these are lovely! Some brands do better with their gloss formulations than others and Elizabeth Arden has theirs about right, I think. It’s super shiny, densely pigmented, a little bit milky in the finish (apart from the metallics), just the right amount of tack so it stays but doesn’t feel gluey and quite lip softening.

I’ve got two shades here; Gone Pink and Pretty Obsessed. The latter is a creamy raspberry and the former a nude shade with a hint of pink to it. I love the applicator – it makes a change from the standard doe’s foot and it has a clicky system to get the product to the surface, rather than a twisty system.

You know when you end up winding and winding for the product to eventually get from the tube to the applicator? None of that with this. It appears really quickly. There’s nothing not to like about these if you’re a gloss fan. They’re launching this month at £18 each so keep an eye out for them.
