First quarter sales strong at TwinEagles
TwinEagles, a gated golf course community being developed by The Ronto Group in North Naples, reported year-to-date closed and pending new construction contracts worth more than $21 million were processed through March 31. While the community is now approximately 94 percent sold, an array of 44 furnished models, unfurnished move-in ready homes, and home sites with golf course, water, and preserve views remains available in six of TwinEagles’ neighborhoods.

Three completed unfurnished residences by Lennar Corp. are available for purchase at special pricing in TwinEagles’ Kinross neighborhood. The completed homes showcase Lennar’s Victoria and Maria floor plans and are priced from $557,091 to $612,091. Four additional unfurnished residences are poised to begin construction and will feature Lennar’s 1,850-square-foot Victoria, 2,246-square-foot Isabella, 2,061-square-foot Angelina, and 2,247-square-foot Maria floor plans. Two furnished models that have not been released for sale are open for viewing. One remaining home site has also not been released for sale.
Five home sites remain available in Minto Florida’s Dundee neighborhood. Minto is offering incentives of up to $35,000 for all newly constructed homes in Dundee and is preparing to begin construction on three new unfurnished homes featuring its three-bedroom, three-bath Prestwick Grand and Inverness II floor plans. The secluded neighborhood features water and preserve views. Two furnished models, showcasing Minto’s Prestwick Grand and Turnberry Grand floor plans, remain open for viewing in Minto’s Lockford neighborhood and have not been released for sale.
Five purchase opportunities, including three estate home sites measuring 90-by-160 feet priced from $325,000 to $401,000, remain available in TwinEagles Hedgestone neighborhood. Home and lot packages, with estate residences ranging from 2,800 to 5,000 square feet by Stock Signature Homes and A.R.B.C. Arthur Rutenberg Homes, are priced from $1.3 to $1.8 million.
Unfurnished estate residences by both Stock and Rutenberg are under construction in Hedgestone. Stock started construction of an unfurnished residence featuring its popular Glenmore floor plan. Base priced at $754,990, the Glenmore’s 3,591-square-foot great room floor plan includes four bedrooms, a study, four-and-a-half baths, a formal dining room and gourmet island kitchen, an outdoor living area with a fireplace, summer kitchen, pool and spa, and a three-car garage. The unfurnished Glenmore residence under construction is priced at $1,471,805. The residence is on a corner site at the end of a cul-de-sac adjacent to a nature preserve.
Rutenberg is building a move-in ready Bermuda estate in Hedgestone priced at $1.55 million and is expected to be completed in May. The Bermuda is a 3,438-square-foot great room plan that includes a den, three bedrooms, three baths, an island kitchen, a bonus room and three-car garage. The plan features a dining area adjacent to the kitchen that includes 90-degree pocketing sliders that open to the outside. The den extends into a circular space that forms a sitting area. The bonus room’s vaulted ceiling will feature decorative beam details. Ten custom home sites, a completed furnished model, and a model under construction remain available in the Lake Estates neighborhood. Lake Estates showcases 19 south or west-facing lakefront home sites 110 feet wide and 150 feet deep with long-range views of a 34-acre lake, the largest lake in TwinEagles. Lake Estates features minimum 3,500-square-foot residences by Stock and Rutenberg priced starting at $1.8 million.

Priced at $2,508,850 fully-furnished, Stock’s Wyndham model offers 4,28 square feet under air with three bedrooms, a bonus room that can be used as a fourth bedroom, four-and-a-half baths, a great room, open kitchen and breakfast nook, a formal dining room, a 983-square-foot outdoor living area overlooking the lake that includes an outdoor kitchen, a fireplace, a bar area, dining and conversation areas, and a pool and spa, a two-car garage, and a one-car garage with dedicated golf cart storage.
The Wyndham model will showcase an interior design by Vogue Interiors’ Sheila Corasaniti-Cook, IDS. Her design concept features an elegant, high-contrast look that is very dramatic. Architectural features, including beamed ceiling details in the great room, will be complimented by backlighting. Light off-white backgrounds will be accented with indigo and gray tones. Flooring throughout the living areas will be highly polished white 24-by-24-inch porcelain tile.
Seven grand estate home sites are available in TwinEagles’ Sterling Hill, Inverness, and Strathmore Legacy Estate neighborhoods. The home sites, situated along the community’s Talon golf course, range from one-acre to 2.5 acres and are priced from $632,500 to $850,000.
