Stock Signature Homes’ Gardenia II available in Quail West

Quail West, one of Stock Development’s premier golf and resort-lifestyle communities in North Naples, is one of the most prestigious luxury communities in Southwest Florida.

Behind the privacy gates of Quail West, sales were extremely strong in 2017. As for 2018, the community continues experiencing strong sales. During the first quarter, Quail West has garnered more than $44 million in custom estate homes, model homes, inventory homes and builder lot sales.

From the double-door front entry, you step into the foyer. Straight ahead is the nearly 22-by-21-foot great room with an intricate ceiling and sliding glass doors that pocket back providing direct access to the outdoor living area with pool and spa.

To the right of the great room is the open kitchen with large island counter with sink and a nearby walk-in pantry. The formal dining room is also located off the kitchen and has walls of sliding glass that retract back in two directions, also providing access to the outdoor living area.

The Windsor III is a four-bedroom plus study, four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,155 square feet under air and 6,573 total square feet, including an expansive outdoor living area and two two-car garages, one on each side of the home. It is priced at $2,249,925.

In addition to the unfurnished inventory homes, furnished estate homes are also currently available in Quail West, and all were built by the area’s finest luxury homebuilders including, Emerald Homes, McGarvey Custom Homes and Stock Custom Homes.

Emerald Homes’ Ventalo model is a three-bedroom plus bonus room, three-bath floor plan with 3,131 square feet under air and 4,092 total square feet. The home, located at the end of a cul-de-sac, is priced at $989,187, without furnishings. An optional furniture package is available for $62,000.

McGarvey’s Beechwood model, which is scheduled to be completed at the end of this month, is a four-bedroom plus study, four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,076 square feet under air and 6,927 total square feet, including a three-car garage. It is priced at $3.25 million, including furnishings.

Two furnished models currently available in Quail West are part of the Stock Custom Homes’ collection.

The Cristale is a four-bedroom plus library, four-and-a-half-bath home.
